This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Reputaro.io ("Reputaro") issues refunds for its reputation management services, including Trustpilot review growth packages, GMB verification support, and associated tools. By purchasing any Reputaro service, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Nature of Our Services

Reputaro provides digital reputation management services that involve structured delivery of review campaigns, profile optimisation, and business verification support. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, certain conditions apply to refund eligibility.

2. Trustpilot Review Growth Packagess

All Trustpilot review growth packages are subject to the following refund terms:

  • No refunds after campaign initiation
  • 48-hour cancellation (Pre-initiation)
  • Error in billing (Full refund)
  • Delivery failure (Partial/Full)

Moderation Policy

We do not offer refunds for reviews removed by platform-level moderation. However, we provide complimentary re-delivery to maintain your target volume.

3. GMB Verification Support

Our Google My Business verification service involves research, strategy, and active support to help businesses navigate the verification process.

  • Refunds are not available once consultation and strategy work has commenced.
  • If verification fails entirely and we determine it is not achievable for your business category or listing, a partial or full refund will be assessed at our discretion.
  • Success is not guaranteed as GMB verification decisions are ultimately made by Google. Reputaro facilitates the process but cannot override Google's policies.

4. Trustpilot Audit & Rating Calculator

These tools are provided free of charge or as part of a broader package and are therefore non-refundable on a standalone basis.

5. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered if:

  • You contacted us within 48 hours of purchase and no work has commenced.
  • There is a demonstrable error in billing or duplicate charge.
  • Service delivery failed entirely due to an error on our part

Refund requests will not be considered for:

  • Change of mind after campaign initiation
  • Dissatisfaction with organic outcomes beyond our guaranteed delivery scope
  • Reviews removed by third-party platforms after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our team with the following information:

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Order reference or invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days of receiving all required information.

7. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Reputaro is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your Reputaro account and may be contested with transaction evidence.

9. Changes to This Policy

Reputaro reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
